This app is less than ideal. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I come back from vacation, and I am informed that I need the app to enter the gym; my fob will no longer work. Great. Fantastic. So, I download the app using the QR code and I get an error. So, I uninstall and reinstall the app, another error. Lather, rinse, repeat. Always an error. Some free advice: if you are going to make an app mandatory: make sure it works.

Everyone who worked on this app should be fired. A previous easy check-in experience is now gated behind several pages of an app in a club where the wifi doesn't work. The single purpose members are now required to use this app for is basically hidden to get more "engagement." And you have to use the same junk to leave. Plus nothing was migrated from the previous perfectly fine app, so all tracked progress has been lost. Congratulations Trainmore on making a worse experience in every way.

Good point: no bugs that I can notice, which is not a surprise given how minimally I use the app. The UI is terrible, all options are hidden behind convoluted paths that make zero intuitive sense. I even failed to discover where I could book certain extra services. There is no real practical use to this app. I'm forced to have it on my phone because of the dynamic entry QR code (3 taps to get to it!) and that gives a +4 dislike modifier to TrainMore.
