The modules are good, however there are a lot of bugs that need fixing. I completed the Trauma module activities and it has me locked in Trauma Recovery module . So frustrating. App support doesn't help. I have installed and re-installed several times. The picture in the description that says access to therapy 7 days a week , my version of the app does not have that on it. There are many great features though, the bugs just need to be worked on to make it more efficient .

Apparently I had same problem alot of other people had. Soon as I put verification number in, it just says loading but never loads. My insurance sent me a link to this app, sounded interesting. Tried a few different times to get into app. Never actually got onto the app. Very annoying!! Going to Uninstall. If you have to pay out of your pocket for this. Please don't bother!!!

So far, terrible. Can't even login for the first time (tried twice - over 3 hours apart). I put username & password in, then I get "bombed" with multiple two-factor authentication text messages (every time I try to read the message and try to enter the code, another message is sent) and then my account get locked out. Called tech support (after the first lock-out) and told they'll elevate the problem and may get a call in a few days.
