Absolute horrible app and support . It took a longer than a month for my account to be "properly" set up with accurate info and access to be able to schedule appointments. I have to constantly call and follow up for help. Even when trying to call and go through the menu, I still get passed to the incorrect department and repeatedly passed to even more wrong departments until I reach the 4th person to attempt to help my situation. Then appointments constantly get cancelled on top. Waste of time.

This app is incredibly frustrating. I am unable to schedule an appointment with a therapist. I tired going online and it doesn't work. I've emailed and called customer support but no one has been helpful, just saying they are "looking into the matter." Now anytime I try using one of the programs it'll randomly close the app and start all over. I've tried to be understanding but I'm still getting charged for this and not being able to use anything for over a week is absolutely ridiculous

Pretty good. Been using it for 3-4 months now and I do believe it makes a positive difference. However, the material can be hit and miss. Sometimes you have to really hunt for the advice/cbt technique that you need. Understandable; the app doesn't really know you. After you pick what mental health journey you'd like to tackle today, you're given some information on a potential way to manage that issue, and then complete an activity that may or may not help you. Still a good resource in general.
