About this app

To gain access to the Training App, there are two ways:

1) Connect with your coach on PULL by MyStrengthBook
If your coach uses the MyStrengthBook coaching platform, they can deliver your training programs through the mobile app. You need to be invited to their account to gain access to the app with this product.


2) Subscribe to a Training App from a coach using PUSH by MyStrengthBook
By visiting any of our partner’s marketing sites you can subscribe to their training app and gain unlimited access to their training programs and community of lifters

App has potential but has some bugs. 1. My weights were set at metric and couldn't change them on my phone app. Had to log in on PC to do this. 2. Once I changed them my program didnt pick up the changes. 3. Removed program and tried to add it back but couldn't choose the same dates as they were available on the drop down calendar. Logout/logging and uninstall/ reinstall did not fix. Limited to use pc.

This review is comparative, the app itself works ok and has some good features. However it is clunky to use and so e simple things are far more difficult than many other workout apps on the market. In 2015 this would have been tops, but in. 2023 most other top workout apps have an interface that is more streamlined, that incorporate rest timers, but the trainer suggest exercises for swapping, make feedback and communication much easier. This feels ad hocked in a way.

App was very slow and buggy, very frustrating to navigate. Setting up an account was difficult (buttons didn't work) and included steps not indicated on the sign up page (have to follow and email link). Had a much easier time accessing every feature through a web browser. Building a program took some trial and error, I recommend starting with bare bones and adding days/weeks from there. I dont know how there are any 5 star reviews for this ap.
