When I recharge Many times the recharge code didn't generate. but my money was deducted from my account. At 10:00 Am electricity cut ! The meter shows zero balance. Then the app operator has to tell me how can i know my recharge is done or not? We (consumers) are very unsatisfied through this Electric Meter service 👎. And especially nowadays This problem continues. I hope the problem will be solved...

I had never seen application like this. it is the worst application made by electric department, even many times payment fails, no refund. It is better to have normal meter then smart meter, always there is technical problem and support team is unresolved even I had visited office for many problems. Even the price rate had also been increased after smart metre connection.
