Bihar Sugam Smart Meter is a smart app for pre-paid meter consumers. It allows you to track your electricity consumption in real-time as well as know how much balance is remaining in your meters. This new app lets you recharge your meter from home or on the go using the preferred payment method. The main features of the app include the following:

2. Predicts the number of days left before your balance will run out
3. Displays your daily, weekly and monthly energy usage and cost (Please verify)

Ratings and reviews

"Load profile" tab under "usage" section not showing any data for the last couple of months, and any number of complaints not helping the cause.

Load profile section not opening.. At regular interval you guyz are deducting balance in name of deferment. No reason being told for this..

"Load Profile" tab has not shown any data for the last few months now, and nobody cares to resolve it.
