At least 50% of the time, it won't run properly. Either stuck at some tnb screen, or no usage details. And usage details are available 2 or 3 days later, if they can be shown at all. Not sure how such a system that is meant for replacing paper bills can be so badly done. This is worse than paper. Do the architect and developers know what they are doing?
