I've been having the same log-in issue like the others recently after the latest auto update. With the correct login info, the app kept crashing and closing by itself. I tried to reset the password, but it prompted with an empty pop-up message with only 1 visible option 'ok' to proceed further, but no email was received for reset. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and also didn't help on my phone. It only worked after I turned off my VPN from the phone.

Updates @ 25/10/2024: After updating the app, turned out it couldn't go pass that opening blueish screen. Crashed and that's it. Restarted the app, but still to no avail. ... Goodness! I am not sure the app kept freezes or just go bonkers. Cannot click on the functions, and kept prompting "this is not working. Please try again later." What the??!?!

I'm having serious issues with the MyTNB app since the recent update. Despite entering the correct email and password, I'm unable to log in. The app either freezes or keeps redirecting me to the login page, making it impossible to access my account or make payments. I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but the issue persists. Please fix this as soon as possible. It's frustrating to not
