Slow and sluggish, takes forever to manoeuvre around. No need for fancy, just be practical and functional. Takes 20 seconds to load the app, and a full minute just to view my bill, gets much worse with multiple accounts involved. Constantly asking for irrelevant information such as nric to match my accounts.. Don't need those. I just want to view my bill without all the fancy, straight forward and get it done.

Very bad app. I've tried logging in since December and always got the message "sorry this isn't working right now". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, deleted all cache and data, and the problem still persists. Such a bad bad app ugh

I rate it 2 stars because this app is still not user friendly to senior citizens in that it still does not support device dark theme setting but it nice that they now provided a mean to enlarge the font. Unlike previously, I one look at the small display intermediately force close the app, pronto
