First of all, malaysia should really have 1 app for all goverment bills to ease malaysians in paying them. I have been using the tnb app the past 3 years due to irregular physical bill (most times I dont receive eventhough im on physical bill) the past month the app is just not working so I do not know how much im supposed to pay. Highly dissapointed. Refresh does nothing, re-log in not working, reinstalling also not do anything. Please fix it ASAP.

Dear team, kindly assist. Has been using the apps since day 1. The moment I performed an auto update for the 3.9.3 version on Dec 3rd 2025, it is getting too slow to load, with an error saying "uh ohh, looks like this page is unplugged. Refresh to stay plugged in!" and yes after several attempts of refreshing the page, it is still the same. Rep: Done the advice and it is the same.

Good app to see tnb bills online but very slow. 1. take a long time to search and see a bill. 2. it only display 3 accounts, have to keep pressing 'more accounts'. i have more than 20 accounts 3. i can't amend the name in my list. I have to delete and add again.
