The app fails to display any books purchased in Thalia or uploaded externally, making it unusable. Support cannot resolve the issue, stating it is related to device settings; however, the problem occurs on three different devices, including a brand-new device with a fresh app installation. I enjoyed the app before, when it was still working. Unfortunately, I now need to look for a different app.

Even though it looks nice, it doesn't deliver in the slightest. Every input lags (sometimes over a minute), automated download from following chapters doesn't happen, crashes, and even though the interface looks convincing, its not working properly, half of the time I don't know if the app understood what I want it to do. As it is now, it is a big disappointment.

This app seems to be getting worse and worse. Settings aren't saved, the book position is not updated reliably and it is getting slower and slower each year. Logging out and back in to fix things only results in having to re-download everything and resetting my settings. I can't even open the preview sample from Recommendations because it tells me it's corrupted or using DRM. The sample YOU RECOMMENDED AND DOWNLOADED IN YOUR OWN APP a minute ago. Do better. I want to read the books I paid for.
