About this app

The VHPGO program offers professional, and live, virtual support that helps guide you through your wellness journey. This is an all-in-one program that provides live, on-demand, and virtual nutrition, lifestyle modification and fitness support.

On the app, you can schedule and access live appointments with wellness specialists, access customized nutrition meal plans, watch on-demand videos and live fitness classes, attend support groups, and so much more. All these features can be accessed on-the-go or in the convenience of your home. Virtual, live consultations and classes are available seven days a week.

You can also message our team at any time, even if questions come up between appointments. The program syncs with Bluetooth Scales, pedometers and other tools to help track progress and wellness stats. Users can also utilize the Food Diary to help track nutritional intake. Personalized goals are set by a Nutrition Specialist.

To access the program, you must be registered by your physician or healthcare provider.

Ratings and reviews

Bad customer service and website. Make sure when you sign up that you double check to see if you're under auto renewal or not. One place will say you're not, while the other place will be hidden and say you're. They have a non-refundable policy and will take time before they get back with you. Oh and there isn't anywhere that you can delete your credit card information either. This is shady business practice.

I'm trying to log in my meals by scanning the product. When I scan it it shows the right serving and calories but when I press save it changes it. It adds more calories per serving or bigger portion. It's a pain to log my meals. I was a waste of money I should had gotten my fitness pal
