I have reinstalled this app a number of times hoping it's improved but it's still as bad. Most recently installed on Oct 31 2020 and this time couldn't even get the sms verification text to complete the process The worse thing about the app is that navigation, can't find where anything and always have to click around untill I am lucky enough to chance upon what I need How hard is it to have a simple usable navigation system? Looks like the app wasn't tested by external users before release.

It took me a while to download and instal. I think because of my location. The App is great and has got so many features. However, was trying to request new broadband but my town (Oyarifa) not appearing on the list. I believe when very ready, a call to Vodafone should resolve it.

1. App can be extremely slow. I realized that the Vodafone network quality has a direct effect. Fortunately my phone has a network quality always displayed so I'm informed. 2. Please stop texting balance on VF Cash. Display on screen once pin is correct. 3. Broadband to Mobile data sharing is always a challenge with the second number. Feedback is maximum data reached after the first 20gb, hence anything below 20gb will allow sharing. Stick to your promises. Overall, App content is Great.
