Wow, finally, after more than a decade, I can now check my data balance on the App. Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳 🎊 Now all you need to do is to improve the sign in experience for 5 Stars. Don't use Usernames and Password as a solution they are annoying if you have to type them constantly. Just maintain the OTP feature, but please make sure we don't have to be typing and request for code so much. It's annoying. The App forgets too easily and require reauthentication way too many time.

This app is just awful. Sometimes you can't even log in. I spoke to a rep who confirmed that at certain times of the day logging in is difficult due to server demands - Vodafone you're a huge company, upgrade or expand your servers. Trying to check your balance for broadband doesn't work, so you can't tell if the data ran out or if there's a network fault, you just have to guess. On the previous version there was a constant error, in the new version they completely removed the function.

Ever heard of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"? Yeah, this is that kinda situation. This app used to be the best thing, but now, I don't even want to keep it on my phone anymore. Random connection errors, doesn't work without data, now you ALWAYS have to login. Why? Login, wait for an OTP, then get another OTP when you want to send money and then input your pin. What's all that for? "Security"!? THE OLD SYSTEM WAS PERFECT! App works but you've just ruined a perfectly good user experience.
