I needed technical assistance and called their support line. I called numerous times, and you can never speak to someone. Instead of being placed in a queue for the next operator, it forces you to leave a message. It's been a week since I left a voicemail and have not received a return call.

cannot login. same username and password used as on the website and it says it's incorrect. tried the QR code method and it says the QR code is invalid.

After I login with my fingerprint, it's just a black screen. It's bad enough that my employer only offers a useless high deductible health insurance plan, but to then make me jump through these "Wellness" hoops through an app that doesn't function is ridiculous.
