I have some observations, that could be improved in the app. When purchasing an audio or video with credits, there is not a single trace that we purchased that product. No notification, no purchased items in library. To put it simply, if you don't search for the title based on what you remember you cannot find it. Furthermore, even though this app is multi-device friendly, when creating a playlist on a device, the Playlist will be only on that device, which is irritating for me. Please fix it.

I find the app simple to use, especially for me someone who isn't Technically minded. I don't have any technical difficulties when using this app. The audios play or run smoothly and I love if you don't have time to listen to the whole audio you can come back to it and it's where you left off. Great to have the fast forward or rewind button and you can relisten to your favorite audios again and again.

I general it is a good system. As I am quite Dyslexic, I find several sections far more difficult to use than others. N21 as a whole, they are great and always supportive. As for their phone staff ... they are always very friendly and helpful and have never made me feel incompetent or stupid, which does happen with some companies.
