This application works with your support IT support technician’s remote access solution and allows them to connect to your device and troubleshoot technical issues you may be having. Your technician is using SolarWinds® Dameware Remote Everywhere™ remote support software, and this Applet works with that solution to allow the technician to very securely connect directly to your machine.

How to use:
1) Download and then launch the application
3) Enter the six-digit PIN code given to you by your support technician
4) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device
