The SolarWinds Service Desk app for Android gives your technicians and end-users instant access to core service desk capabilities directly from their mobile device. Your technicians can work on incidents and provide services from anywhere and with the newly included end-user version, your service desk is available anytime from anywhere, ensuring your employees have access to the support and resources they need to stay productive.

For Technicians:

Good app overall. 2-star with current issue. I don't know when it started, but the app crashes when replying to a ticket. I'm not sure if it's related to character length or time in the response. I can send a short reply, but with anything over a few sentences, the app freezes up and needs closed. My workaround is to type the response in another app and then paste it into the ticket. It can still freeze up but I'm able to post the reply. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Android 12

While I am a long time user of Samanage/SWSD, the app has always, and still leaves alot to be desired. Simple functionality like linking configuration items to incidents, seeing what incident a task is associated with(incident number isn't anywhere on the task and view "source" button does not appear to work) and being able to see the inventory still isn't included in the app version. If seeing, assigning, and closing tickets is what you're after, this is sufficient. Not more outside of that.

Inline images in incidents/comments etc. do not load. Every time an incident is selected it lags before opening.
