afternoon purchasing Gold-Till u marry package which costs almost 8500 ,I'm not able to send request for 50% of the profiles .They keep on showing the message "the members settings will not allow you to contact her". and customer service team kept on saying it's because of the members settings and they will contact you if they want they like you. What non sense is this. I could only approach 30% of profiles ,then it's a total waste of money.

App is much more terrible with newer updates. Stable broadband or unstable 4G, its always terrible. Unpredictable behaviour. Shortlist may or may not happen. When we view photo from a profile, photo is shown from another profile. While viewing a photo, if back button is pressed, it will go to either different profile or home page. Late notifications.

Poor. Just money making. No results. 50% profiles have no profile photos...how wud we choose a profile without even seeing their appearance..Most free members are just wasting our time. I reported profiles because some free members say they have no preferences in their profile details, and when we contact they have demands related to location and stuff..Upon contacting Customer Care, I was told it is the User's choice. Very unorganised and a money making business. Avoid subscriptions.
