Ratings and reviews

Nothing works! I've installed this app multiple times. Absolutely nothing works. The same set of profiles reappear even after I've already swiped right or left on them. The app crashes frequently. So if I missed a match when the app was unavailable, I can't get back to them. Tried to install for the last time and I'm happy to delete within 24 hours. Is no one running any sort of quality tests?

This is the most Hopeless Dating app I have ever come across... I took the VIP Elite membership... Paid 90$... I was unable to Login even once bcos I was just not receiving the code to my phone to proceed further.... I went back and forth with the customer service for over 3 months... none of their troubleshooting worked.... they irritated me more and more by Copy pasting their customer message regarding payments are Non Refundable as per terms..... they are totally hopeless... 90$ gone waste.

1/21/26 No improvements. I keep seeing the same profiles any time I login. Doesn't matter if I swipe left or even block the profile... it magically comes back. Customer support can take days to respond with no solutions. 1/7/26 Update: no improvements have been made. This app has bugs that they do not solve no matter how many times you tell them what the problem is. They keep showing you the same profiles again and again and again. If there's a problem, they try and turn you into tech support.
