I regret not reading online reviews before placing my order. If you're reading this, don't make an online order with them. 7 hours later, I haven't received my order, which beats the purpose of purchasing stuff online for convenience. The most annoying bit is poor communication. If you do not call them to follow up on your order, it will remain in limbo. Will be deleting the app as soon as my order situation is sorted.

I found the app convenient to use, when it was working. Some items are not indicated as part of stock even though they are. Searching for them yields nothing. Now, the app doesn't go beyond the landing page... I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still, there's no resolution to the issue

poor customer service,delayed delivery(up to 2 days) some items received don't match items ordered, i had to pay 500 for a rider,whilst it was their fault for not delivering my items and still charged the delivery fee via the app. just use Carrefour app at this point,and I'm not paid to post a bad review, all this is from my first experience with the app.
