The user experience is okay, the only this the search feature is not efficiently at all. Secondly, the location feature is HORRIBLE. I have tried so many times to change the location after moving houses and it has refused. So everytime I make an order, it is placed in my former location and they have to keep calling to change and it takes hours before I get my delivery.

The most unprofessional people in this business. CARREFOUR would NEVER take money from a customer when they don't intend to deliver. They IMMEDIATELY return it if they don't fulfill their end of the bargain. I placed and order and paid and they TOOK MY MONEY and never delivered or reached out. I waited for 3 hours on the phone but NO ONE told me it wasn't working hours. Then when I wanted a refund they want to give me a voucher. What for??? That's my money. If you wanted it, ACT RIGHT!!!

Ordered an item that ended up being out of stock and they delivered a cheaper alternative with no communication. Called customer care several times and they never refunded the difference!! The app is also very slow and lags a lot.
