I like the convenience if having the app and it's quite easy to use. The only problem I have is some things are bot on the app but are in the supermarket and the search results are sometimes not what you search for

Frustrations!?I ordered items online, Then i got called that the items are not in store,refund is a problem!! You guys better give me back my money.. And get rid of the app!! If you can't handle online shopping!

since the last upgrade the app has deteriorated. Westside mall disappeared so now you have to place the order at supercentre then follow up with a million calls to have it transferred. still delays order processing for 2 days. my order today wasn't updated in the app so I've been calling kitengela branch and they hung up on me several times and my order has still not been processed 3hrs later. very bad customer service overall. I don't recommend Naivas
