Ratings and reviews

First time, two items weren't delivered and I did not get a refund in my wallet despite assurances. Second time, I order at 4pm on a Tuesday, nothing was delivered. I get a call next day at 10am asking whether I received the items. Then I proceed to get about 3 calls from the store. They don't have one item whether I can settle for a different one. Next one saying they don't have mince meat and milk ati only 1 packet is available. I wanted 4. They still didn't refund the correct amount. Stress.

Don't even download the app just walk in the supermarket and get your stuff. Items will not be delivered and the phone number listed do not work or calls are not picked. I repeat do not download this app. Save yourself from a pressure rise(",).

This is one of the most useless and unnecessary apps around. Why does it take more than 24h to get a refund and with the refund why is it in my wallet in the app and not mpesa? Did I pay using the app wallet? Also why do you have products in the app that are out of stock in the store?
