Really horrible app. I wish i read the comments before I installed it. Many goods are out of stock but still appear on the app. To get a refund after ordering is a nightmare, and it takes days and upto now no refund. No wonder they don't have an option for paying on delivery. Complete ripoff. Customer service don't pick up my calls anymore. BUT the physical stores are very ok,customer friendly with a wide selection of products. The online app experience must be improved.

Naivas in store is great but online not so much. The frequent instances of ordered items being unavailable, swapping of stock out items with unapproved alternatives, poor refund management. If you don't get your online shopping experience right quickly then you will lose a big chunk of your market to your competitors. Learn fast from your competitors; they're doing something right! Work on timely delivery, instant refunds and synchronising the online catalogue with what is in store.

First time, two items weren't delivered and I did not get a refund in my wallet despite assurances. Second time, I order at 4pm on a Tuesday, nothing was delivered. I get a call next day at 10am asking whether I received the items. Then I proceed to get about 3 calls from the store. They don't have one item whether I can settle for a different one. Next one saying they don't have mince meat and milk ati only 1 packet is available. I wanted 4. They still didn't refund the correct amount. Stress.
