Workouts - over 400 On-Demand workouts. There is an endless array of workouts for Pre-Pregnancy, and Pregnancy. Our workouts are rooted in prevention and preparation, and have been designed by Pre and Postnatal Experts, according to ACOG guidelines. Workouts can be done on your own time, at your own pace, on your favorite devices.

14 Day Bumpcamp - a 14 day workout challenge for our pregnant mamas with follow along workouts. There is a 30 minute workout option, 60 minute workout option, and a build your own workout option for the challenge. This challenge is designed by Pre & Postnatal Experts and will incorporate workouts that focus on your pelvic floor, core, strength, and labor training cardio. Each challenge is designed with the most up to date workouts in the app.

Nutrition - over a year’s worth of meal planning is available at your fingertips. Whether you like to have everything mapped out for you, meal by meal, snack by snack, or you just need inspiration for a few meals a week -we’ve got your back!

Customization - your goals in life change from time to time, so should your fitness and nutrition plan. That's what at Move Your Bump your workouts and nutrition plans are adjusted to you stage; Trying to Conceive, and through each Trimester of Pregnancy.

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Move Your Bump on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

* All payments will be paid through your Google Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

The variety of workouts and meal plan recommendations cover the full range for preparing for pregnancy while Trying to Conceive (TTC), specifics for each trimester, 4th trimester recovery and on into Motherhood. The workouts are thorough, provide variety in workout type and length, require minimal equipment, and are easy to follow. The instructors are knowledgeable and engaging. The app interface is intuitive and easy to use. The content is great, user friendly, and I highly recommend this app.

Great content and exercises. Exercises are hard but not impossible to follow (even at the beginner level), and the video helps because she is always reminding you to engage your muscles and correct your posture. It has weekly schedule, several exercises, and a diet to follow (with grocery list for it so you don't have to figure it out by yourself). Yeah it is paid, as everything in life, so get over it!

I love this app during pregnancy to keep me motivated to stay active! There is so much variety in workouts for all levels which keeps things fresh and not redundant. I subscribed for the year to keep the pace up post partum. I love the cues for core and pelvic floor activation which is so important! I highly recommend this app!
