Ferros - Simple Gym Tracker is a clean and practical app to log strength workouts and track your progress without distractions.

With Ferros you can:
- Create and edit exercises by muscle group
- Log sets with weight and reps (or time)
- Mark sets as completed and move quickly to the next one
- Use routines (Push, Pull, or custom) to save time
- View progress with stats and charts
- Detect records and progression per exercise
- Export and import backups of your data

What’s new

- New "Save as routine" option when viewing a past workout: pre-fills the routine form with the exercises and their set counts.
- New per-exercise progressive overload toggle during workouts. Disabling it hides the overload icon and prevents weight increase; re-enabling only affects new sets.
- Improved navigation: the in-app back button and system back button now behave identically. The selected category in Exercises is preserved when pressing back.
