The Narwal Freo app allows you to control the Narwal robots remotely, view its working status anytime you want, from anywhere you are.
Using this app, you can unlock the more advanced functions of Freo!

[Multiple Cleaning Modes]
Freo is equipped with 5 cleaning modes, including Freo Mode, Vacuum and Mop, Vacuum then Mop, so that you can choose the one that suits your floor the best.

[Customized Cleaning Plans]
Long story short, you can customize in any way you want! You get to decide the cleaning sequence, frequency, even the mopping pressure and moisture of the robot via this app, so that you can get the most flawless floor in just one click!

[Spot Cleaning]
Only one specific area is dirty? You can select that one place on the app, and Freo will head out to clean!

[Map Management]
Merge and divide rooms as you want! You can even set no-go zones to make sure Freo doesn't intrude!

[Customized Cleaning Reports]
At the end of each cleaning plan, you can see how Freo made your floor spotless through a customized and engaging short video!

Ratings and reviews

Mostly great, except for one tiny feature which is a huge blocker for a good experience... In the map management, you can't split a zone using a line which crosses a neighbouring zone - making it nearly impossible to properly zone your house/map. It's weird because you are already in select mode for just that specific zone while splitting so what's the problem?! This is just a weird software business rule someone has decided to include. Fix that one feature, and stars will increase.

The app doesn't tell you when the clean water tank is empty so the vacuum is paused for so long that it ends up canceling whatever cleaning it was in the middle of or supposed to start and only then does the app tell you that the vacuum has been paused for too long and canceled the cleaning but still nothing about the clean water tank being empty. The map needs to offer angles as I have a shaggy rug that needs to be a no go zone but can't due to the angle.

My first robo vac. The app is easy to understand, intuitive and well designed. I'll probably buy another Narwal as I've mostly been impressed by my experience. They need to do better on small object detection and offer low profile machine options to get under sofas (3.5")
