The nas.io 100 customers challenge was promoted for one-time fee and not as monthly subscription. I assumed removing my card from the profile will not get me charged again. Inspite of removing my credit card details from the profile, I was still charged which is unfair & fraudulent.

since the last app update on Nov 10, the app hangs a lot. The major problem is that once we click on device home button, the app runs in the background, but again on clicking it again, the app doesn't rerun in the foreground. I have to kill it multiple times

I reached to their email and messanger app but no reponse as this app is automatically deducted the monthly payment in my bank account but I didn't set it up like that that is why i want my refund but thay didn't even responsed.
