Will not let me in. Worked fine before and now keeps locking me out. Hope they get it running by next summer as they MAKE you use this stupid system for ticket access. Sure manage to take your money on time though! Wish I could give it a big fat zero for a rating.

Poor experience, have to use this app for tickets, I have to pay a service fee for tickets then I have to use an app to access and use tickets. Why?? works poorly while trying to get the phone to work. Downloaded app and still can't access tickets!!! Update for 2026. still not good for acquiring tickets. called they use web not app. wife went to get her tickets,app didn't work, called them and they told don't use app. do it on computer. it's no better for renewing 2027 tickets.

Updates before everytime you try to use it. Why can't I just use the ticketmaster app alone to view my ticket. Ridiculous.
