App Features:
- Quickly authenticate employees using QR code.
- Ensure safety and security, no leaks or loopholes for strangers to enter the company.
- Record full entry/exit history, time, number of entries/exits per day for each employee.
- Allows unit leaders to monitor, compile statistics and export reports by department or by employee, in optional time periods.
- Integrated with the company's payroll system, time in/out of the company will be input data to calculate salary for each employee.
- Only with approval from the unit leaders can one go out during working hours -> replacing traditional document signing.
- Register shift changes and approve shift changes on the software -> manage shift work.
