Not Too Bad, Not Too Good Either. There's not much to it, It's good for checking in to your fitness court if you wish. It gives an explanation of how the fitness court works and has a few videos to demonstrate how to use it along with some full workout videos. It claims to link to your Google fit account but is not able to. To the developers: I would say to focus on more videos to show how each section can be used and to fix the problem with Google fit. The court itself is a excellent option.

Don't understand why some people are lieing about what is provided. It has lots of demonstration videos & entire workout plans. Can't relate to the majority of reviews. While the attempting to connect to Google Fit is annoying, I got it to stop asking by changing settings in preferences. I wish the app had its own tracking features, nothing fancy either, just a simple way to log activities myself would be nice. Don't like Google Fit or other smart fitness trackers. Do something old school please

The only thing I've been able to get the app to do is open. Once it let me check into a court after multiple tries and then it crashed. Otherwise no functionality on my device at least. If you want this for workouts, tracking or anything other than taking space and requiring lots of permissions, maybe don't get it.
