3/22/24: It's been 1.5 years and I still can't use the "Take Photo" button on the app for my claim... 😡 10/25/22: Very good foundation but one bug to fix! I cannot submit new claims successfully through the app. The Take Picture/Upload Photo button will not work by prompting going into the phone folder, so I can't attach my invoices to the claim. Have to get on mobile browser to do it. Everything else has been really easy though! (**edit: This is for the pet insurance claims, to clarify!)

A LOT better coverage, at a more affordable rate! But if your auto payment does not go through, don't expect a call to tell you that it did not go through. No they just cancel your insurance then send you a letter of cancelation. No insurance for a few days, well I needed to get a policy at progressive, less coverage and double the cost. In 6 months nationwide will insure again. What happened to calling, text your client and give them the chance to pay it, instead of just canceling the policy.

It's literally unusable. I couldn't get past making an account! Claimed to email me a password repeatedly, but the emails just said it 'set up a username' for me. Finally got it to text me a password instead, only for the app to fail to connect to their server. Attempted to use their photo uploading service for a claim and it crashed repeatedly.

From your description, it sounds like your agent or member services may have helped you set up a web profile. You can complete your internet/app registration on Nationwide.com and use both. If you need assistance, please call our Tech Support team at 1-877-304-1065. Your claims adjuster will be able to help with submitting photos for your claim.
