This is probably the worst insurance app I've ever had the displeasure of using. It works great for pulling up your insurance ID card, but that's about all that it does well. When trying to submit a claim, it gave me an error and I had to call it in anyway. During the claim process, I also tried to change the repair facility through the app 4 times, and it still defaults to the original shop. When you're in an accident, you need things to work, and this app does not.

It was amazing at first, but I haven't been able to log in since August 2026. Everytime i tap log in , it takes me to an error screen that says, "Something went wrong, please try again later". I have been trying again later for a month..lol... deleting the app,reinstalling, clearing the cache and data has not fixed it. Please find the bug.

I have SmartMiles insurance and Nationwide tells you that your payment is based on the miles you actually drive but that's not really true. There's a device you plug into your car that keeps track which is very accurate. You get an email saying how much your bill "should" be but then when you go to make payment the bill is way higher. I've complain many times but no one ever actually explains how the program really works.
