It has a lot of bugs, doesn't work properly. It crashes a lot. I hate it. I often have to call someone to get a transaction completed. I would give it negative stars if I could!!!! 😤😤😤😤 I am forced to use this stupid app by Nationwide. After several months still won't let me do transfers to my self directed option account. Absolute garbage app. I can't stand it

Please visit the website (nrsforu.com) if you would like to use the Self-Directed option as that feature is currently unavailable on the app, but is available on the website.

Wont let me log in from the app or any computer. It keeps saying "We are temporarily unable to complete your request. Please log back in and try again. If the issue persists, contact us." Literally garbage company and I don't even know if they have my money since they refuse to even log me in. I've had this account for 4+ years but I still can't log in. That's just great.

Everytime I try to log into the app it takes like 5 minutes of loading. If I am able to log in and want to update anything, another 5 minutes of loading or app failure. Yes, I've un-installed and re-installed. Yes I've called Nationwide to have them adjust my account manually and the employee even commented on how long her system was taking to load.
