This is probably the worst insurance app I've ever had the displeasure of using. It works great for pulling up your insurance ID card, but that's about all that it does well. When trying to submit a claim, it gave me an error and I had to call it in anyway. During the claim process, I also tried to change the repair facility through the app 4 times, and it still defaults to the original shop. When you're in an accident, you need things to work, and this app does not.

For the app.. it's got issues. At least this time it worked after I reset my saved password. I've had to call my agent for my card last time because the app would not let me in after I accidently hit X to get my offline insurance card. Maybe... don't have the X right next to where you open it. Maybe just add a confirmation that you want to delete your card and not spend the next 45 minutes sitting outside the oil change place trying anything and everything to get to it again!!! It was awful!!!

This is the most difficult app. It starts with the email, which tells me to log in to see new document, etc. I open the app and it does not allow the fingerprint recognition, then tells me password is wrong and it wants me to receive a code by text or email. Get through that process, set a new password and ENABLE fingerprints EVERY TIME, The 'document' is essentially the bill, which I am enrolled in auto pay... Total waste of time on a regular basis.
