This is the most difficult app. It starts with the email, which tells me to log in to see new document, etc. I open the app and it does not allow the fingerprint recognition, then tells me password is wrong and it wants me to receive a code by text or email. Get through that process, set a new password and ENABLE fingerprints EVERY TIME, The 'document' is essentially the bill, which I am enrolled in auto pay... Total waste of time on a regular basis.

I hate apps requiring passwords. I could just log into a website. Apps are supposed to be convenient. If someone else has my phone, my security is already compromised. The stupid app always tells me I have the wrong password, doesn't let you use a previous pw, & requires #s, letters, special char, & caps. Super easy to remember when I have to change it every time I use the app /s. At least give an option to leave me signed in.

The Nationwide app is by far the absolute worst when it comes to just trying to login. Everytime I enter the CORRECT password and username I'm met with pop up of "unknown username or password". I've had to change my password every time I want to use the app. Nationwide, why dont you actually use the money people have been paying you to actually do something to make you people useful. Get this fixed now!
