App needs an intense overhaul. When you log in, you see what looks like an updated interface, but then I click "claim," and it sends me to a copy of the website. The app takes forever to load. The "Take Photo" button for claims didn't work (all permissions allowed, so it isn't that), but works fine using the website in Chrome... might as well not even have the app if I have to use Chrome anyway.

Cheapest insurance I could find. Easy to apply, great tool to help build out an insurance plan that fits your needs. Easy to see how changing certain policy features effects your total bill, easy to modify your plan. Easy to place claims with fast turnaround on payment. Only thing that I would change is the ability to pay a portion of your amount owed monthly, instead of only allowing the total amount to be paid through auto payment on the day it's due, some may want to pay early!

This app is terrible! Its almost useless. it takes an extremely long time to load up, even when its already open! Its not intuitive and the logout button is right on top of where you tap to access options. I just switched from Allstate, and their app was exceptional. Nationwide could take a clue from them and rewrite this pos. Hire better software writers!
