Can't confirm identity. Forces you to confirm identity via email or text but then does not allow you to enter the confirmation code. Now it's just ~15mb of wasted space on my phone.
No longer works Asks for a confirmation code, but when I get it and enter it, it does nothing. It used to work, but not anymore. It's enough to make me change insurance companies. Goodbye nationwide. Mobile is the future and you're stuck in the past.
Absolutely amazing The app works great for me, but more than that, Nationwide is an excellent company to be with. Be customer service and understanding is amazing and I've never seen this kind of commitment from any other company. Thank you Nationwide for making things easier for me and being understanding.
Used to be my main app for my insurance....after updated app can't even log in......never connects to sever.....come on now....uninstalled...fix it, fix it, fix it

Server connection error I was able to confirm identity, but nothing else. Fix it.
