Can't go past verify information Doesn't work properly. What's the point if you can't even log in.
What happened? There is still the icon to pay my bill through the app, yet when I attempt to do so I am told to go to a desktop. I don't. Use. A. Desktop. That's why I have the app. Guys...
It's all true Everything the other reviews say are true. I was hoping that they were just from older versions of the app but they're not. After logging in I was able to see that I had 3 policies (renters, auto, and motorcycle) but when I click on "view insurance cards" I get the "You don't have a nationwide policy" message. Total bust, don't waste your time or effort with this app.
No longer print insurance cards...wth? Still no card for motorcycle....
Still can't make payments from app New design is nice but I can't make a payment from the app? Won't let me select the account to pay to. Also having issues with the account verification; why do I need to verify every time I log in?
Not very useful. It doesn't show that I have an umbrella policy but it shows two auto policies, one of which is not supported by the app. Is this really the umbrella policy? When I go into the supported auto policy and tap Insurance ID Cards it says I don't have a Nationwide auto policy. Yet it will let me pay for this policy that I supposedly don't have. Let us know when this app is out of beta testing.
