The auto payment setting didn't work and I missed a payment because of it. Obviously I then received a cancellation notice. Don't do that. There is no obvious way to verify whether "auto pay" is going live this billing cycle or next, so you have to cancel auto pay, submit a one time payment, then recommence auto pay. Why can't I just submit an additional payment even while you have auto pay scheduled? And while can see upcoming bills, I can't see upcoming payments. Seems like an oversight

App needs an intense overhaul. When you log in, you see what looks like an updated interface, but then I click "claim," and it sends me to a copy of the website. The app takes forever to load. The "Take Photo" button for claims didn't work (all permissions allowed, so it isn't that), but works fine using the website in Chrome... might as well not even have the app if I have to use Chrome anyway.

This app was tracking my movement without my knowledge. When I turned off my location via the phone itself I kept getting a brief notification about Nationwide app needing my location to be turned back on. I looked through the app permissions and it didn't have location access to begin with. I did find a setting on some acknowledgement screen in the app. about safe ride, I had to turn it off from that screen, I didn't ask or sign up for Safe Ride on my phone. Happened after the last update.
