Terrible web app First of all, this is not a native Android app. That's perfectly fine. However, the user interface as an Android app is horrible! If you click on any buttons on the home screen, there's no way to go back to it. Clicking on the Find An Agent button opens up an external browser (ie. Chrome). Nationwide should hire some real developers to make an Android app that works well like other insurance companies. This app is just completely embarrassing.
Could be better You cannot change login account/settings, or update any information.
Eh. Recently switched from GEICO because we are getting more for our money. After signing up, I see that the app is seriously outdated. The whole UI and what you can access/do needs an update bad.
Not enough Ok app. I can pay,and view my bill. I can look at my insurance card. However, unable to view detailed info on my coverage. I would like to see who and what's covered. Ppl don't like calling Nationwide for every detail on our coverage.

Could be better I downloaded this app with the hopes of being able to request a faxed or emailed copy of my ID card and/or declarations. This is not available and would be most helpful for those that travel and frequently rent vehicles.
