Pointless app if you cant log in. I've had this issue with my galaxy note 4 as well. I have a new phone and still cant login. Thought I was putting the wrong information in, so I changed my password. Come to find out that wasnt the issue.
Very poorly thought out. Cannot log in and when trying to reset password on App it's ask your birthday. In order to put it in it will only allow you to scroll month by month backwards from current date. So if you were born on 1960 you can imagine how long you have to scroll. Will consider changing Banks even if they don't improve this.
Everything worked fine for me up until the most recent update. Now, I can't log in. (I even tried reinstalling the app.) Not a happy customer. I will change my rating if the app is fixed.
Too many bugs and glitches, switched companies with the hastle and saved almost 200 bucks a month. Thanks for making it easy to leave nationwide
The app clearly shows my auto policy and my renters policy, but when I try to have my insurance cards displayed it tells me I have no auto policy...so I hope I'm never really in a pinch without a physical insurance card cuz that feature would not help. Terrible.
This APP like the company is fraud. It keeps telling me that I have not chose an agent which I have had the same agent since 1991. And the finger print scanner send prints quickly multiple times which locks me out if my account. No one answer these comments and when u call they just want to record your calls without fixing the issue.
