Ratings and reviews

The pop up ads are out of control. I cannot send a message with ease. The other big issue is all my old text messages disappeared and I am unable to find them as well as do a search for the person. So, unlike others, I do not find this app. easy and is not user friendly. I cannot add anything like emojis, gifs, files etc.

back up is taking very long time. It seems the process is very slow. My WhatsApp was deleted by default, I reloaded the app at 2 pm. but till now it has not been backed up.

If I could give less then 1 I would give it . ai assistance is useless! customer support is not any better their check out is a trap,if you make a mistake , try and get Help.
