Industry professionals can log installation and service information for the units they work on, live chat with Navien teams including technical support, scan unit serial numbers to register their installations via NavienRewards, take job site photos with the camera function to add to unit service logs, search for local wholesalers and see the latest Navien training classes.

Owners of Navien products can scan their unit serial number and register their unit for warranty, search for local and federal rebates, find a local installer or service professional, download brochures and operation manuals and so much more.

This app will not let you upload photos! If you put a wiring harness underneath an open pipe, where condensate collects, do you really need a photo for warranty claims anyways? This app has been useful one time. This app has failed me several times. 2 stars it's a good idea. Poor execution.

App keeps crashing. Not stable. In the drawing section there are 10 buttons to download different drawings but the short description on the buttons is all the same because there is not enough room for the description. Did the developers ever test their product before it got released?

Navien gets rid of their (bibles) and makes techs use this app. It's really helpful when you are troubleshooting and the error codes pop up. Click on any of the error codes and the next screen is blank.
