In order to use this app, you must have a prescription benefit plan managed by Navitus Health Solutions. This app, and individual features of the app, may not be available for all benefit plans managed by Navitus or for every member of each plan.

Ratings and reviews

The functionality of the app is way better than the website. But as far as I can tell you have to log into an account for each dependent to see prescription information. This is unhelpful for minor children-that should show up for the account holder at least. Really, all dependent meds should show for the account holder.

On Google pixel 6 always get error when clicking on cost. Says to retry again later. Days and days have gone by with no resolution. Under "my profile" anything I click on just sits there and circles like it's thinking but results in absolutely nothing.

Frustrating like their website. I can't get my prescription benefits or why a covered medicine was denied. Medicine cabinet has inaccurate information showing a denied prescription as current medication. Price list is way off. I can get a copy of my ID card, but that's the only good thing about this app.
