Ratings and reviews

Frustrating like their website. I can't get my prescription benefits or why a covered medicine was denied. Medicine cabinet has inaccurate information showing a denied prescription as current medication. Price list is way off. I can get a copy of my ID card, but that's the only good thing about this app.

Average at best. No chat or email contact ability, no biometric login ability. basically useless unless you already don't need to get info or reach them.

The app doesn't work most of the time and the information available is minimal. I don't really see the point in the app at all.
