Ratings and reviews

[removed in edit] Would give higher rating but the ads are... bad. Some make themselves look like news articles from NBC but redirect to scams. A lot are AI slop, some are straight up pornographic, but the final straw came today when I scrolled past one claiming I needed to click it to remove a virus (classic scam vector). edit: now the stories are incoherent and seem to be written by bad AI (no authors listed either). Not worth your time

Before the recent update, this was my favorite news app. Now it's my least favorite. I used to get all the latest news LOCALLY, before most of the other news apps, and I used to get the weather on my Note 10+ drop down menu. Now, I seldom get the updated LOCAL news, and no longer get the weather in my drop down menu. This option is also not available in your settings to be changed. The majority of the LOCAL news that I get now is the Olympics news. Please change your app back!

They have ruined a great app with the new and improved version. After the update I can no longer choose to have the weather as the primary screen. The weather radar used to be spot on accurate and now it is no longer very accurate. I was standing on a golf course in pouring rain and was looking for how long the rain was going to last and radar indicated that there was no rain. The forecast radar is just blobs going across the map. Can I just get the old app back?
