About this app

This is an app that can operate the video player MPC-HC and VLC media player for Windows in a remote controller style.
I tried to focus on only the frequently used functions.

1. Remote control buttons
You can cntroll up to five PCs.

- 1 / 5 / 10 / 20 seconds back
Long tap to show shortcuts
- Go forward 5 / 10 / 20 / 30 seconds (30sec = 20 + 5 + 5sec)
Long tap to changes to simple/normal layout
- Play / Pause
Long tap to show video files list
- Seek bar
- Volume Up/Down (Short tap), Mute (Long tap)
- Audio track, Subtitles (long tap goes reverse)
- Screen TOP (during playback)
- Full screen
- Play from video file list
- Previous/Next video file
- Settings

*Shortcuts
Long tap bakforward button
　－Full screen
　－Touch guard
　－Night mode
　－Change to MPC/VLC
　－Select PC1～5
　－Exit MPC

** Swipe mode
Please check Settings -> Player Operation -> Swipe mode.
You can swipe anywhere on screen, even though on buttons.
- one finger
swipe left/right : skip back/forward
swipe up/down : volume up/down
double tap : play/pause
-two finger (works only for MPC player)
pinch in/out slowly : zoom in/out
swipe left/right/up/down slowly : move picture in player screen
double tap : reset zoom/move

Also please change the option below to checked. (recommended)
Settings -> Player Operation -> Prevent to push button repeatedly

2. How to use
It is necessary to connect to the Wifi of the same LAN (segment) as the PC.
(For example, if the IP address of the PC is 192.168.10.10, the IP address of the smartphone is also 192.168.10. *)

- MPC-HC
0) MC-HC "View" => "Options" => "Web Interface", check "Listen on port".
1) Start the app => Press "Setting" button => Set the IP address of the PC to "PC Address List" on the setting screen, and select the PC to be operated from "Selected PC".
2) If you have changed the port setting on the MPC-HC, also change the "MPC Server Port" below it.
3) Return to the remote control screen with the back button (triangle mark like △) on the Android navigation bar.
4) Start MPC-HC on your PC.

- VLC
0) VLC "Tool" => "Preferences" => "Show settings", select "All"
1) "Interface" => "Main interfaces", check "Web"
2) "Main interfaces" => "Lua" , set "Password" in "Lua HTTP"
3) Start this app and push "Settings", select "VLC" and set password you set avobe
4) Set "Video Folder" according to the folder composition of your PC

3. Others
This app need to use device administration for functions below.
- Lock Screen

4. Notes
- A lag occurs because the display of the play/pause, mute, seek bar communicates with the MPC-HC and reflects it.
- MPC RemoCon background color go to dark if MPC-HC/VLC is not running on your PC.
- Can not open DVD media on VLC mode
- If you forgot password, turn off Android automatic restore option , reinstall this app, and turn on the restore option again.
