Would give negative stars if it were possible. The app is cumbersome, difficult to navigate, and the check out feature doesn't work half the time even when I close all the way out of the app. This is made all the worse by the fact that there previous website worked great, but they have since remodeled their website which is even trashier than the app.

Pretty standard ordering app- takes a few minutes for rewards to appear after you elect to receive them/trade in points for them. I placed an order a while back and the store didn't receive it however it seems that bug has been fixed. Overall decent app and simple to maneuver.

If there is an issue with your order, good luck getting your money back! Put in an order through the app, went to the location, and they didn't have the ticket. They said they don't even get to-go orders anymore! Now why would that be an option then?? There's no customer service number, just the corporate office. Had them make the order, but it took over an hour to get our food! They didn't care about making this right. They just told us to cancel the order but that wasn't an option! Never again
