I ve had withdraws pending for months probably almost a year now every time I contact support, they just tell me the same thing every time. "please be patient as we are working as fast as we can to process your withdrawal's" I've contacted them several times about the matter and like I said it's been almost a year now so I just accepted that I probably won't get it.

In the past month, I have made several withdrawal requests and none of them were approved. They were either pending for weeks, or rejected. The support kept saying it was the blockchain delay issue. But when I check the blockchain, the transactions were never broadcasted. I also checked the wallet they used to send out the Bitcoin. The transaction volume is significantly lower than before. I think it is about the time for the app to wrap the money and run away. I will report them to FBI

Up until 2-3 months ago, I used this app for all crypto transactions, but recently, I have been having issues with my withdrawals getting hung up on pending for 12 plus hours. Im told this has nothing to do with the app and is a blockchain issue, but I have started using other crypto apps, and I don't have those issues anywhere else. I have even tried paying the transaction fee, but it is still occurring on a daily basis to the point I've unfortunately had to stop using ncwallet altogether.
