UI has been changed with the update and can't login using fingerprint. I didn't remember the password and when i use forgot password it has an option to reset using ATM card. but when after entering the details it says wrong information. currently i'm in overseas an can't login to the system. Can't accept this type of service from the professional bank.

They have updated the app but you can't add other bank accounts to settle the card payments. When I reached out to sort out the issue they asked me to go to the nearest bank and do the settlement. I have a common sense question? Then why is there a digital banking app. I had to pay a late payment fee twice because of this app issue. Instead of fixing the app they give solutions to make the customers more frustrating.

When users filter credit card payments by month, the transactions are not filtered correctly. Transactions from other months are also displayed. Recent transactions are not shown properly in the transaction history. Instead, they appear at the bottom of the app, forcing users to scroll repeatedly to find their latest transactions. This creates a poor user experience. Overall, I am disappointed with the app due to these usability issues.
