Ratings and reviews

UI has been changed with the update and can't login using fingerprint. I didn't remember the password and when i use forgot password it has an option to reset using ATM card. but when after entering the details it says wrong information. currently i'm in overseas an can't login to the system. Can't accept this type of service from the professional bank.

You can't even transfer your own foreign money through this app. you have to send a request mail, which inturn is sent to the bank—the bank does not process this request unless you send it on a working day before 3pm, in which case you have to wait till the next working day to access YOUR OWN MONEY. honestly worst bank and app I've had to deal with in my life, im switching to another bank honestly recommended anyone reading this to do the same.

DON'T DOWNLOAD this app. Utter waste. The OTP for one-time transaction comes after the timer runs out. The developers are simply lazy morons. Now, they'll ask for your NIC and email to find out who you are. That's all. There is no solution for the problem here.
