UI has been changed with the update and can't login using fingerprint. I didn't remember the password and when i use forgot password it has an option to reset using ATM card. but when after entering the details it says wrong information. currently i'm in overseas an can't login to the system. Can't accept this type of service from the professional bank.

Can't even open. What the hell? Noticed that this app wants USB Debugging switched "off". Not acceptable at all. Other banking apps works just fine with USB Debugging switched "on". - 2025/Nov/30 - After 4 years it's still the same. Even though the USB Debugging is off the app is still not opening. What's the point of blocking device features for the sake of using a silly app? - 2026/May/22 - After years of waiting I uninstalled this app as it's not functioning due to the same reason as above.

I have been unable to create an account using my NDB Credit card. I have been trying for the past few months without success. Sometimes, the system reports that the PIN is incorrect, even though I am using the PIN provided in the letter. At other times, it displays a message similar to "We are unable to verify your details at the moment." I also tried creating the account through the website, but encountered the same issue.
