Ratings and reviews

UI has been changed with the update and can't login using fingerprint. I didn't remember the password and when i use forgot password it has an option to reset using ATM card. but when after entering the details it says wrong information. currently i'm in overseas an can't login to the system. Can't accept this type of service from the professional bank.

The new app is not good at all. You cannot add other bank accounts to settle your credit card in NDB. I tried contacting them several times via their given methods, but received no reply at all. A lot of functions are not yet implemented or ready. These guys have deployed them, yet they don't even know how to simply use feature flags to handle those kinds of scenarios. In total, this is the worst banking app I have ever used.

I have been experiencing an “Unable to connect to the network” error for approximately six months, even though all my other banking apps are working properly. I have informed NDB about this issue several times, but unfortunately, no action has been taken to resolve it yet. I would appreciate it if this issue could be investigated and fixed as soon as possible. Otherwise, have to reconsider continuing banking with NDB.
