I wanted this to track the frequency and severity of my migraines, but it wouldn't allow me to input an attack without multiple days of tracking and a premium subscription. I might as well go back to my old app, even with its horrendous UI and nauseating colors. Absolutely a waste of my time and energy while suffering a headache.

Just to clarify: you can log an attack right away and track migraines without Premium (no need to track multiple days first). If you’d like help, email us at hero@migraineheroes.com

The app propels you to answer a quiz about a bunch of personal information, only to ask you for a 30$ payment. It's not clear, I don't think I can just use it for daily migraine tracking and if I can, this is not specified. It's deliberately confusing and self-promotional. Disappointing

Migraine heroes has been a game changer for me in anticipating and managing migraine attacks. The support from the teams and simple (natural) solutions make all the difference in the long run. I cannot recommend it enough! Do not given up on your health, help is right here.
