This is not any sabotage of any sort but I think neero needs lots of update and maintenance!I transferred money lately to order for a card but the account has been freezed!. I can't do any transactions nor withdraw back my money in anyways possible!. And it's been said they'll fix Thier issues till further notice with no precise date or time!!. It's my first experience here and I think I deserved to have had a good experience! I don't want to think it's a scam I got into please🥺 💔do something

I'm still new to the app but while exploring the services provided and trying some i noticed any transaction you try doing for example doing a mobile money transaction it requires you to validate the number for a fee of 100 frs i just wonder if for every transaction a number has to be verified and deducted 100frs why not just execute the transaction and deduct charges instead.

worst monetary app I've ever used. has alot of bug issues which causes multiple transactions failure with a poor customer service that are never available. i say this app is a scam. I've been trying to withdraw my money since 2days to no avail and they won't let me recharge my card either so i can use it. they don't even deserve a one star review
