NEO VPN unblocks the sites and services your network won't open, and encrypts your entire connection while it does.

Blocked and unreachable resources load like any other. On open networks — cafes, airports, hotels, coworking spaces — your traffic stops being visible to whoever runs the access point and to everyone else on it.

WHAT YOU GET

• Unrestricted access. Sites, services and apps that will not open directly work normally through NEO VPN.
• Gets past network restrictions. The connection is disguised as ordinary HTTPS traffic, so it passes where plain VPNs no longer do.
• Modern encryption. Well-established algorithms — TLS 1.3, AES-GCM, ChaCha20-Poly1305. Nothing home-grown.
• No account. No email, no phone number, no password — access is activated with a key.
• No ads, no analytics. No advertising identifiers, no trackers, no third-party SDKs.
• We do not sell or share your data. There simply isn't any of the kind that could be sold.
• Split tunnelling. You decide what goes through the secure connection and what goes direct.
• Honest status. Latency, session length and throughput are on the main screen, so you never have to guess.

HOW IT WORKS

The app opens straight onto the main screen. Enter your access key, tap the ring — you are connected. Tap again to disconnect. One key binds to one device; you can hold several keys.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Briefly and honestly: a device identifier (to bind a key to the device and count the device quota), a key identifier, plus crash reports and connection diagnostics so we can fix what breaks. None of it feeds advertising and none of it is shared with third parties. Details are in the privacy policy.

PAYMENT

There are no in-app purchases. Access is bought separately; the app only activates it with a key.
