I was almost finished a book, after having paid almost $85 on top ups, and decided to sign in so I didn't lose anything. Except signing in caused everything, the book and my entire purchase history to be wiped out. I disputed all transactions with my bank and bought a physical copy of the book for a fraction of the price from Amazon. PS, seems like the book I was paying for on this app was a plagiarised version anyway, so I'm glad I've disputed the charges and actually supported the REAL author.

I was in the middle of a book, clicked on the rewards icon to collect a reward, the app kicked me out and when I logged back in the coins I had paid for were gone and the book I was reading had disappeared and doesn't even show up when I typed it in. I reached out to the company but have received nothing back.

I have tired repeatedly to contact someone at this app but they never answer. The stories are great but do not sign up for the subscription. This app takes your money without giving you the coins. I wish I never did it. If anyone from this company ever sees this you might want to fix it before you lose more money. And I want my 40 bucks back.
