This app is terrible. Ever since I registered I haven't gotten a single call invite. All the calls I made were flagged "price eligible" or "missed". I haven't been paid for any calls since I started. I emailed the customer service and till today there is no response from them. Now,I just discovered that I was logged out of my account and I don't have access to login again. I regret joining this project it was a complete waste of time. All the long break y'all took but your app is still this bad?

We're sorry to hear this! Money Talk notifications are sent randomly to keep things fair. Make sure notifications are enabled in both the Neon app and your phone settings. For the account access issue, please reach out to our support team.

I have two calls that say PRIZE not prize eligible and I haven't got anything...about 8 calls say prize eligible and I've been paid very low for 4 calls and you used to be paid for all calls made. this has went down hill. used to be good but now they apparently aren't paying for all calls made, even if you follow their requirements. not sure what the deal is or what's going on with the PRIZE calls but id love to be paid for the calls I made. *after leaving my review I also no longer have access*

Hi! Calls outside Money Talk windows enter our prize program: $100 daily, $1K weekly, $10K monthly, $100K yearly. If you got a Money Talk notification but your call shows as prize eligible, please contact our support team so we can take a look.

Update is horrible. The calls freeze up. I've made over 20 calls with the new update, and only 1 call registered. I sent the referral someone, and it wouldn't let him get back in the app, so he deleted the app. They changed the amount per minute from 10ç to 5ç. They also changed the referral fee from $10 to $1. This is horrible. I made over $50 with the original app.
