Ratings and reviews

Connection to machine is a struggle; should be ready for immediate connection when needed. "How to" section should have a text instruction list with colored icons, instead of all videos; nobody wants to watch videos when they need a quick instruction. I didn't find the app useful enough to open it often, and when I do, it does not connect, hence 1 stars.

good grief. Force stopped the app, cleared storage, and now I can read the message that the app has been replaced. Do better Nespresso. Now I get a white box on a black screen, with Nespresso in the upper left corner, and OK in the lower right. Pressing OK brings me to a black screen with the Nespresso logo. Nothing happens.

The app is getting better little by little. I wished it were to be connected to Samsung so everything would be connected and see what the water level would be, what coffee brewed, cleaning and notifications set as well. Updates also need to be improved, whether it was disconnected before the update installation or if something went wrong, why it takes forever to install. But we're getting there.
