I expected a lot more out of the app. It doesn't connect to my machine. Instructions are convoluted and it's nowhere near user friendly. The app countiues to lag and shut down. I'm tech savvy enough but the software is just trash. Giving up on trying to connect my machine. Perhaps it's only beneficial use is to purchase more pods. The coffee is great but the app is garbage. Either fix the app or simply don't offer substandard option to pair with your phone. Just stick to making delicious coffee

This app works, but it is very frustrating! Lazy programming! I have two machines, an Original, and a Virtuo. I onlt order coffee twice a year, so my orders are quite large. Every time I adjust a quantity in my shopping basket, it automatically takes me back to the top, so I have to scroll back down to find the place where I left off. Very time consuming and sometimes confusing.

The app is okay, but it works slightly different than the online website. The biggest issue I find, is finding the free sample to add to the bag. It's easier online, harder (if not impossible) on the app. This has been the case for many years. And I've ordered off both methods. When I order on the app I don't get the free samples.
