Entering card payment details is very tricky. As you enter the card number the cursor jumps in between the numbers you have already typed. Can this be looked as and maybe change the setting so when entering numbers a keypad screen comes up instead. Once your ca4d details are entered it does remember them so if you use the same card again you won't have to go through the hassle of entering the card numbers
Really happy with the app. Quick, straightforward to use and full of really handy tasting notes about the different coffees. I've used it to order a couple of times now and haven't had any problems at all. Will continue to use.
Nice try but the app doesn't even work. I cannot connect to my machine at all. Says service "isn't available". I've tried with multiple devices and get the same result yet I can go to my Bluetooth connections and the damn thing is connected. What a joke.
I previously reviewed this App as 5 star but havr recently felt the need to drop the rating to 4 star for the following reason. I bought the new Expert and Milk machine for £300 through the App which arrived and worked no problem, however, when trying tonpair it to the app it appears thisnis not possible. What this means is i have bought a "paired" machine that actually cannot be paired. I spoke to customer support eho aftrr a lotnof testing did indicate the App needed an update but now, two updates later, still nothing. Disappointed to say the least
Quick and easy....how shopping should be. Not being sexist but I like a one stop experience. Visiting lots of websites like my partner does is too much of a hassle.
Connecting issues with Android 6. You now have to have..... location services .... on for first initial connection (gives accurate position). Why I don't know but seems to be an Android 6 / low energy Bluetooth thing. So.... a) close app b) remove Nespresso from Bluetooth list (in settings) c) reset machine for luck (hold lungo+expresso till lights off (sleeping) then hold again for 5 seconds till they blink once (reset)). c) Important: Turn ON phone's location services (in settings), BEFORE starting app d) open/close compartment on machine to wake it up. (lights on) d) start app... I went to app's location icon just to make sure .. e) go first icon and then top right icon for machine... start scan...phone must be almost toughing machine for this initial connect. f) after connection is successful (hopefully) you can then turn off 'location services' to save phone battery. As it only seems to need 'location services' for the first initial link up. Great machine ... 2 stars for app because online youtube video on how to connect doesn't mention all these steps....neither does their wedpage problem FAQ on how to connect ,mention 'location services' part
