Hi, I bought this is months back from amazon and was working fine till past week. But now it shows a error "whisk is missing" everytime I use it. And when try to make coffee without thr app, the frother just spin first and then stops blinking both blur and green light. Contacted customer care but till now no response. I don't think that this is a software bug. Because while reading the reviews many complained in December but at the same time some are complaining now also.

purchased the product in Nov 18, and for a month it worked well. around Dec end, started getting a variety of error messages on the app, and many a times, the app wouldn't connect to the mug. a couple of troubleshooting by the customer support team gave temporary reprieve, but last few days, the unpredictability of the product has returned & last couple of times i was not even put through the support team, as they were engaged on other calls. no call back either. purchase at your own risk.

The Bluetooth on the app has stopped working it keeps saying your phone is not connected to Bluetooth which is incorrect. Please fix this issue as soon as possible I want to use my mug again. I really loved the product and the app but I if I can't use it anymore what was the point of buying. Please fix it.
