The VPN works fine but the support team doesn't respond through e-mail or Telegram (there is no way to leave a message about technical issues with the app, the communication is limited to autoreplies). The app started overheating the phone, thus leading to drops in performance and battery drain. I've been trying to contact the support to inform them about the issue but no use.
