Cashflow is an easy-to-use checkbook register and personal account ledger. Track your current, cleared, and ending balances across as many accounts as you like — and project your cash flow by entering future-dated transactions right in the register.

KEY FEATURES
• Three balances per account: current, cleared, and ending

• Multiple accounts, with account types you can use to filter the list down to just the accounts you want to see
• Scheduled transactions that post automatically on a set interval or on a specific day of the month

BACKUP & RESTORE
Back up everything — accounts, transactions, scheduled items, and settings — to a single file from Settings → Backup. Connect Dropbox to keep an off-device copy so a lost, damaged, or reset phone doesn't take your data with it, then restore in a few taps on a new device.

YOUR DATA & PRIVACY
Your financial data lives on your device. We don't run a server that stores your transactions, balances, or account details. Cashflow uses only anonymized, aggregate usage analytics to improve the app — never your financial data or personal information. The free version is
supported by ads, shown through Google's ad network.

ABOUT ADS & SUPPORTING THE APP
This free version includes every feature — there are no paid-only features — and is supported by ads. If you'd like to remove ads permanently and back a small, independent app, a separate one-time paid version is available (search the store for the paid "Cashflow"). It's
completely optional; the free version is complete.

I love this app it makes it very easy to balance my checkbook. I've used it for years. thank you. Now that I've used the updated version a while and gotten used to it I still like it a lot.

This us the best app I have used for years untill I changed my phone and couldn't use it anymore. I was very sad, found another app and now the same thing. Looking for an app I seen this again and it made my day. But remember you will not be able to transfer info from this app between phones.

I love this app. I've tried others, they are overly complex and useless for simply tracking your bank account transactions. I've never, and mean NEVER, paid for a phone app in my life, I will be buying this one. I'm sorry I posted a horrible review years ago. I had no idea some d-bag was copyright bullying the dev. Explains why it wasn't updating and kept crashing back then. Glad he got it settled, though at great expense because of an unethical POS company suing just to screw NDL.

What’s new

Fixed: scheduled transactions could skip an occurrence and quietly stop auto-applying for good. The cause is fixed, and backups now remember which occurrences were already applied, so restoring won't double-post. Your register is never edited automatically.
