I have been an avid Identity V fan for over 6 years, and have played pretty regularly for a majority of that time. However, the recent issues of whitewashing characters with darker skin tones, as well as generative AI usage for in-game assets and promotional materials, have made me consider quitting the game altogether. It's disheartening to see what a game I have loved for so long has started to become due to colorist beauty standards and "cost-cutting" shortcuts.

Great game, absolutely love the dynamics! But, my concern and probably everyone else is that the prices of basically everything to purchase is too expensive. It is ridiculous if I may say, because not everyone has the capabilities to purchase and have that amount of money. I would suggest that the company should implement Regional Pricing, this is to adjust the costs based on local purchasing power and economic conditions. This is able to make items/skins cheaper in regions with lower currency.

I think the deduction system is outdated and needs to be updated. Too much is left up to chance and many deduction quests are very demanding. How difficult is the quest? If I'm a survivor, how good are my teammates? If I'm playing a weaker hunter, how do I deal with a strong team and get my quests done? I don't know, but I personally think expecting a win or a draw on top of all this is too much. Not all of us are pro players and losing progress because of things I can't control is frustrating.
