I absolutely love playing this game, but I've had setbacks when it comes to my progress. at first I was playing every single day and making great progress collecting a lot of cards and was up to level 70 with points. then one day all my cards were gone but I was still at the same point/level. customer care gave me a dead end self-help tip. Now I am back to level zero and although I still like playing it's not the same as trying to collect all the cards and grow my point levels.

Great fun game but beware. I have invested a lot of time in this game for months and on a daily basis to keep a streak going. It is quiet enjoyable. as I read many comments this seems to be an issue longterm. you progress either just vanishes or stops recording. after 6 months the app doesn't record my progress even though I do them. it's frustrating enough for me to just stop playing. I deleted the app and reinstalled no help. terrible

I would give this game a full 5 stars except for the fact that one day, when I started my game, it randomly promoted me to sign in and had erased all my progress and badges that I had won. This game is great because there are no ads and really scratches that itch if you like a good word game. But losing all my progress really put a dent in my desire to play it.
