App won't open. I created my account from an invitation on my computer. If I'm going to read a book, I need the app. I downloaded the app, verified my account. But I can't get past the login page. It keeps saying a network error occurred. Also, visually it looks terrible and very outdated and not mobile friendly.

From a reader standpoint its extremely flawed. For starters, you can't get the app on a Kindle Fire. And for some reason, you can't send books to Kindle anymore. You can only download them to read within their app; which has no visual (disability) accommodations. The dashboard and layout are not well conceived. It doesn't tell me when reviews are due, nor does it allow me to submit the reviews, so I still have to use their website for the pertinent functions.

I like the authors and their books available. I get very upset that even though I push, and it says downloaded to Kindle, I find too often it's not in my library. So, unfortunately, I miss out on too many reviews, which leave too many expired books. That is not ok because it ruins my credibility and ratings with my authors, and publishers.
