App won't open. I created my account from an invitation on my computer. If I'm going to read a book, I need the app. I downloaded the app, verified my account. But I can't get past the login page. It keeps saying a network error occurred. Also, visually it looks terrible and very outdated and not mobile friendly.

The book portion is ok, but if you have a kindle don't need it. the audio part of it is trash. sometimes my books disappear, then they reappear. sometimes they play, sometimes they don't. today it stops every 3 minutes and I have to go in and restart it. I can't get anything done while listening, and I sure can't listen while driving. I've consulted the help numerous times and it never gets resolved. I sent a video last time and they couldn't open it. I'm contacting publishers to let them know.

I love this app, in a way. I love how it connects readers/reviewers directly to authors in a fun way. However, this app needs a complete rework from the inside. I haven't been able to listen to the audio books for almost a year now. They constantly pause and stutter, even if I've downloaded them. Which makes it really annoying for me because my feedback ratio tanks because of that. Please fix this, I miss my audio books.
