About this app

Netlise POS is a point of sale for restaurants, cafés and small food businesses that run their service on a tablet.

It is built to work offline first. Orders, products and settings are stored on the device, so service continues even when the internet connection drops. Once a connection is available, sales and menu changes sync with the Netlise dashboard and your other terminals.

TAKE ORDERS QUICKLY
• Dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders from one screen
• Product grid with categories, search, item options and add-ons
• Table plan with sections and live table occupancy
• Order notes, custom items and per-item kitchen instructions
• Split a bill into separate orders when guests pay separately

KITCHEN AND PRINTING
• Send items to kitchen or bar printers over the local network (ESC/POS)
• Delivery notes print with the customer's address and phone number
• Receipts print at payment, with reprint available from the transaction history

PAYMENTS AND BILLING
• Cash, card and split payments with change calculation
• Discounts by percentage or fixed amount
• Complimentary items with approval rules and a full audit trail
• Service charge configurable per order type (dine-in, takeaway, delivery)
• Delivery charges added at checkout

END OF DAY
• Close cash with a declared drawer count and automatic variance
• Batch reports covering sales, tax, service charge, discounts, comps and payment methods
• Complete transaction history

MANAGEMENT
• Manage products, categories, modifiers and stock on the device or from the web dashboard
• Menu changes made in the dashboard reach the terminal automatically
• Customer records with contact details, saved addresses and order history
• Uber Eats orders arrive in the same queue and are accepted, prepared and completed like any other order
• User accounts and an activity log for staff accountability

Use the app on its own with cloud sync, or alongside other Netlise terminals on the same network sharing one menu and order queue.
