I don't really remember the original despite probably having played it. The graphics and art style are nice. Skill animations look modern. My main problem with the game is that many of the mechanics feel outdated for today's standards. They really should've streamlined the game more instead of just updating the look.

At a loss for words. If you're looking for nostalgia, you won't find it here. The thing I liked about the original 7k was the skills and character models and how they were presented. Yes, there was not really a story, but each characters skills were unique and felt impressive to look at. Here it's just ok, too exaggerated for me. Animations are smooth and story is a bit better but otherwise its just a disappointment for me. Wanted to like this but couldn't, maybe if myth awaken but who knows.

This is a welcome upgrade to the original. Update - I've been playing this game for the last few days. Being a fan of the original, I think it brings a lot of what was loved, with nice graphics. Overall, I enjoy the game and leveling up characters is a lot easier than the original. To level up characters, you will need to grind to get the material and coins needed to upgrade weapons/armor, particles and rubies.
