Huge issues with the app. I've had it for a couple of years, never any big issues. I was recently logged out of app, when I attempted to log back in I noticed password was visible and quickly switched the mode but then I realized that what I was typing was still show down in the predictive text area. It also crashed repeatedly and at this point not going to use until security issues are fixed. Gyms have suffered significantly due to COVID however security should not be compromised.

App crashed several times before finally opening. Doesn't accept certain characters in their password when signing up, which was fine, but at least tell the user what those characters are. It broke my automated password generator by inexplicably allowing the characters in the confirm password, but not the first one. Last straw for me was when I had to sift through an unordered list of all their national locations just to select my preferred gym. This was after granting location privileges mind u

at first I thought this was a glitch but now I'm sure it's just a feature of the app. Everytime I pay my bill either through autopay or manual the app it charges twice and one charge comes back. My last transaction was late,my fault, but I got it together and when I went to pay I only had the exact amount for the bill in my account. Well it took the money then said my card was declined because it couldn't pull the second charge out. Now it is saying I haven't paid even though the money is gone.
