this is a pathetic app for a company as big as Gold's. Some independent gyms I've been a part of have better apps. it's a very simple app with not many features, and the manage membership section is clearly just a load of the same UI from their website which is ancient and slow. needs a total revamp! The last update for this app was in 2023 - so that tells you about how much they care about it. The company that bought Gold's during covid just does not give a fffff and I'll probably cancel soon.

The app functionality for account management doesn't work. I've tried resetting my password for half an hour with no success. If there are requirements for what characters are allowed for a password, they aren't displayed and there is no way to no. They just tell you it doesn't work. Fix this. It's not that hard. Update 2025. The App is still trash and never sends you a link to reset your password.

Absolutely Useless App This app is a complete waste of time. First, registering is a nightmare—you have to go back and forth over email for days just to get your registration number set up. Once you finally get in, you realize it was all for nothing. The classes and features they advertise? They don’t work. Half the time, clicking on anything just loads forever before telling you there’s nothing there. It’s slow, glitchy, and overall,just a frustrating experience. Gold’sGym should be embarrassed
